Account Deletion Request

At Strek, we respect your data and give you full control over your information.

What happens when your account is deleted?

  • Your personal profile, photos, and videos will be permanently removed.
  • Your comments and likes will be anonymized or deleted.
  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Strek mobile application:

  1. Open the Strek app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top corner.
  4. Select Account Settings.
  5. Under Danger Zone, tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can manually request account deletion by emailing our support team:

  • Send an email to support@strek.dev from the email address associated with your Strek account.
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your username or profile link in the body of the email.
Note: Email requests may take up to 7-14 business days to process to ensure proper security verification. We may reply to request additional verification before completing the deletion.
