Account Deletion Request
At Strek, we respect your data and give you full control over your information.
What happens when your account is deleted?
- Your personal profile, photos, and videos will be permanently removed.
- Your comments and likes will be anonymized or deleted.
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Strek mobile application:
- Open the Strek app and log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Under Danger Zone, tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
Option 2: Delete via Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can manually request account deletion by emailing our support team:
- Send an email to support@strek.dev from the email address associated with your Strek account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your username or profile link in the body of the email.
Note: Email requests may take up to 7-14 business days to process to ensure proper security verification. We may reply to request additional verification before completing the deletion.
